| Collection instructions | Separate serum or plasma from cells immediately by centrifugation and aliquot into a labeled transport tube. Note: Fully complete IDPL requisition, including drug dose amount, frequency, method, and date and time of last dose prior to draw. Ship samples via overnight delivery on >3 lbs of dry ice. Ship samples to be received Monday through Friday. Do not ship on Friday or Saturday. |
