FISH, MALT Lymphoma, API2/MALT1, t(11;18) - This fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) assay detects the t(11;8) translocation that results in the BIRC3(API2)/MALT1fusion gene. The results of this test may aid in the diagnosis of extranodal marginal zone lymphoma of mucosa‐associated lymphoid tissue (MALT lymphoma).
