Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction

This assay has been validated pursuant to the CLIA regulations and is used for clinical purposes. This test should not be used for diagnosis without confirmation by other medically established means.

Collection Instructions
All specimens should not be frozen if sample is to be shared with AFB culture.
