Clinical Significance

Kidney Profile with eGFR (Creatinine-Cystatin C) - This profile combines guideline-recommended tests and calculations for staging and monitoring Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) [1]. These calculations include estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) based on serum creatinine (eGFRcr), eGFR based on serum cystatin C (eGFRcys), eGFR based on combined creatinine and cystatin C (eGFRcr-cys), and urine albumin-creatinine ratio (uACR).
