Inductively Coupled Plasma/Mass Spectrometry (ICP/MS)

This test was developed and its analytical performance characteristics have been determined by Quest Diagnostics. It has not been cleared or approved by FDA. This assay has been validated pursuant to the CLIA regulations and is used for clinical purposes.

| Collection instructions | Carefully clean skin prior to venipuncture. Avoid worksite collection. Avoid hemolysis. Use the royal blue-topped "Trace-Metal" evacuated tube, which is available with EDTA, heparin or with no additives. |
