Clinical Significance
Rickettsia conorii Antibody Panel, IFA - Rickettsia conorii infection, also known as Boutonneuse fever or Mediterranean spotted fever, is found in India, Africa, and the Mediterranean area. Measurement of IgG and/or IgM to R. conorii is a useful tool for diagnosing the infection and estimation the time since exposure.
