    Herpes Simplex Virus 1 and 2 (IgG), with Reflex to HSV-2 Inhibition

    If Herpes Simplex Virus 2 (IgG) has an index value between 1.10-6.00, then HSV-2 IgG Inhibition, IA will be performed at an additional charge (CPT code(s): 86696).
